Tina's documentary is a MUST see!

I've been a huge fan of Tina Turner since the early 80s. I was so glad that HBO Max honored her with showing a great documentary. It's a must see for any Tina fan along with anyone wanting to watch a woman's determination to make it to the top when the odds were all against her.

Better Than All the Rest

The story of an iconic superstar that led the way for black women and all women by never giving up and believing in herself until the breaks came her way. Lessons for all of us as our emotions are laid bare by Tina's brutal honesty in her quest to make peace with this life.

Truly a legend

"Tina" is captivating from start to finish. The creators of the doc did an excellent job of balancing Tina, the dynamic icon with Anna Mae, the "regular" woman that had grit, courage and the audacity to believe that she could use her voice to change music. It didn't matter how much adversity she faced. Tina owned her power and decided that she wasn't stopping until she got everything she came for. Talk about being a table shaker!!!

Ps - How is Tina Turner not in the Rock and Roll HOF yet?!?!?! Makes zero sense!!
